Easter Sharing

Lilly and Micah really enjoyed the concept of the Jellybean Prayer, and it’s simplicity, as a way for them to share the gospel with their friends and some adults they know.  So, we went all out on the Jellybean Prayer this year.
·         Jellybean Prayer chains
·         a large Jellybean Prayer book
·         small copies of our Jellybean Prayer book
·         jellybean bags with construction paper versions of the Jellybean Prayer (as our neighborhood outreach project; we did these with our Mystery of History group)
Lilly used her Jellybean Prayer chain to tell the story.

The kids also learned a poem entitled "Jesus Died and Came Alive" (1 Corinthians 15:3-4).
The words are below the video box.

Jesus died upon the cross
And all His friends were sad
But on the third day He arose
And everyone was glad!
Jesus died for you and me
To take away our sin
But after three days in the grave
He came alive again!
